A Softball Game to Raise Money for M.D. Anderson Cancer Center: Cancer Research
Thanks to you, we have raised over $7,000 over the last 3 events. Although that does not seem like a large amount, every dollar counts in curing this tragic disease that took Linda's life and the lives of so many others-including, perhaps, some of your own loved ones.
We are holding a softball game in Linda’s name to raise money for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Those of you who spent time with her during her last days know first hand the tragedy of this terrible disease. We hope that someday cancer will be cured like a minor sore throat or that there will be a preventative vaccine like the one that now prevents the flu. Come play slow-pitch softball with us and help keep that hope alive by striking out cancer. There is a minimum $10.00 donation and please make all checks or money orders payable to the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center (Indicate on the check or money order that this is for "Cancer Research').
We want to make this event the most successful yet so we encourage you to help spread the world to your family and friends.
